Planet Hearts, the independent Hearts fans' newspaper, is changing the frequency of its distribution. It moves from a weekly only basis to targeting specific games and events to maximise circulation and draw greater advertising value. The title will also be accompanied by a new online shop and revamped website. Further changes are expected in the coming months to harness the potential benefits of the increased capacity at Hearts FC on completion of the club's new £51 million ground redevelopment at Tynecastle. The changes will also allow publishers Planet Ink Limited to develop a number of new sports related publications to be announced.
